Bust Measure around the fullest part of your bust. The measuring tape must be comfortably loose under your arms and straight across your back.

Waist Measure around your natural waistline. Do not tighten the measuring tape and do not measure over pants.

Hips While standing up with legs together, measure around the fullest part of your hips, midway between your waist and crotch. Once again, ensure that the measuring tape is comfortable and held level around your body.
